Loved this interview... Mr. Pattinson has a very very long career in front of him. I feel bad about him being so paranoid and feeling like he has to please everyone. His music & acting will be bringing us lots of joy for years and years to come I'm sure. Can't wait to see where he heads once Twilight is over...

I've always liked supernatural type stories, and although Twilight just has something very special about it for me that it seems nothing else will ever touch, I did find another series that I found really good. I happened along it on Stephenie Meyer's website coincidentally. :) It's called "The Mortal Instruments" by Cassandra Clare... and it's not exactly a vampire series, but does have vampires in it... along with lots of other supernatural beings. ;) Very good read.
Started to read house of night, but didn't like it much, but I did kinda like the Vampire Academy books. And there's a more adult type read by Jim Butcher called The Dresden Files which I just started and like a lot too.

Yeah I don't know why they canceled that show, I loved it also. I guess people still compare everything to BtVS, Angel & Charmed.... but I'm still hoping they'll find one that stays for more than one season... I hate getting sucked in and then it disappears on me. :( The Vampire Diaries is supposed to pilot this fall, and it is going to star Ian Somerhalder as the "bad boy" Damon (love him). Hoping it does well... I'm not feelin' it for the dude they cast as Stephan... but we'll see.

Kim Harrison writes a series called "The Hallows" about a witch and all her otherworldly co-horts (vampires, fairies, etc etc etc) ... it's pretty good. Just finished book 1, "Dead Witch Walking". Took about 1/3 of the book to really pick up, but I liked it enough to buy book 2....

Read The Host, took me till about page 150 to get into it, but then picked up and I liked it a lot. Good story, love how Stephenie writes her characters...

I have my favorite parts sticky tabbed so I don't have to thumb through them every time I need a fix. :) You're not psychotic, just a little nutty... which is good for the heart. :)

OK, did she not read the previous article about the age range of Twilight fans? Keeping it PG13 doesn't exactly stay "true to the book" if you ask me. I don't personally think kids 13 and under should be reading Breaking Dawn - but that's just my opinion... come one now, let's be serious guys.

PG is parental guidance (pretty much for all ages)
PG13 is anyone 13 or older can see it, OR if you're with a parent
R is 18 or over (or is it 17 now, don't know)

And I know this goes off the whole sex scene topic, but I WOULD LOVE to see Bella & Emmit's arm wrestling scene... they CAN'T leave that out.... loved it!

I always thought that scene was completely screwed up too. The one scene that should have been absolutely perfect, and she ruined it for me.
