That's what someone thought they overheard. The deceased was known to carry a weapon, he got into an argument with the shooters father. The shooter saw the deceased reach for something &amp; he shot him, to protect his dad. Another witness heard him say "back off" numerous times, but the deceased didn't &amp; the shooter did have a CWP. She said the shooter called 911 and he was throwing up from having shot someone, doesn't sound like he was happy he had to do it.
