Hey, guy. I lost both my parents, under similar circumstances. I have stories, too. . .some I've told. . .some I'd rather not.

Rule 11, NC Court Rules, allows you to seek sanctions for frivolous pleadings against either the party filing the pleading, or the attorney signing the pleading.
