Where do you think this money eventually comes from?? THE PATIENTS!!! Through higher cost of care and or reduction of staff. Some of the fines imposed are rediculous!!!! Undeserved is another term that comes to mind. These facilities are not out to hurt harm or neglect their residents but as in real life bad things can happen! Mistakes can be made. Just where does this fine money go? It certainly doesn't benifit the residents of these facilities. Big salaries are paid to deskbound fat cats to sit and make up laws that will continue to fund new chairs for them to sit on their asses and make up more laws to buy themselves new chairs. Instead of fines fund education and grants for improving the quality of life for our loved ones!!!!</p>
