Ok. So I finally tried the Mohu and with a few placement adjustments, it works perfectly with the RG6 cable! The only "major" network I can't get is the CW and I only watch one show on that, which I can see on Hulu.

I may try moving it behind a curtain so I don't have to look at it but that would place it on a plaster wall. Currently it's on a wood window frame perpendicular to the window.

Also, I'm using a 30 ft RX6 cable because the best window is that far away from the television. And it works great! I was worried about that length of cable but no problem. All stations seem crystal clear..

Hi Brian, So glad I stumbled upon your website. I have recently disabled my cable and I'm only regretting being able to see some of the network channels live. I have tried an antenna and it didn't work very well. It was this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/pr...

My television is against a wall about 10 feet away from a window. And the windows face another building. I live in 10025, NYC Upper West Side. So close to stations but I figured it was the position of our windows that made it a lost cause. I was wondering if you thought I should give either the leaf or the cutter cable aerowave a try. One problem with the one I bought was the cable wasn't long enough to reach the closest window. I'd like to reach the middle window, which might mean buying a longer cable. The aerowave doesn't list the cable length but I suppose I could just buy the rx 6 cable you suggested at a longer length.

Do you think I should give it another try? If so, is either one of those suggested antennas better in NYC with a building that is not facing a street (but another building and back garden)? Thanks in advance for any advice. I'm determined not to go back to cable but I miss live networks.

On every season I can think of big personalities that really drive the show and make it fun. Every season except this one. Had Trixie and Tempest stuck around, the dynamic may have been different. I'm hoping things can turn around quickly. The millennials are flatlining.

I disagree completely with your untucked assessment. I think it gives a much more realistic portrait of what they're like off stage. Less phony than it used to be. I do agree with you about Pearl getting water thrown in her face.

A couple of great moments in the Snatch Game - Bianca, Ben, Adore all good. One question: How is Milk coming out as male Ru not planned - way in advance? I mean, she just brought that Ruit with her just in case they needed to do Ru? Reality TV planning.

I have a feeling that Edith has been conned by Michael. That he'll show up and try to weasel his way into the family. Cora gets more and more irritating with every episode. Elizabeth McGovern has to be one of the worst actresses on television today.

I'm so glad that someone wrote this post and frankly I'm surprised that so many people disagree. I completely agree with you. There was way too much time spent on Coco and Alyssa. I don't believe for a second that there was as much animosity between the 2 of them as was shown through the series. It's obvious in how they speak about one another off set. Plus, after a while it was simply boring.
Every episode of untucked had to have a "surprise" from the past, which produced a waterfall of tears. While I believe the tears were real and the stories were true, I think half of these could have been left out. We get it. Drag queens often have tragic lives, which does make them more human but after a while, it gets to feel forced.
I could go on forever but will stop. Thanks for writing this post. Someone needed to do it. You should check out the other seasons on logos site. Equally compelling as Season 4.

Good insight into Twitter and its evolution. I sometimes wonder if they ever thought of a "less from this person" feature. Sometimes if I see too many tweets in a row from one person, I get sick of them and at times, tempted to unfollow. I often think about my own frequency of tweets and if people get turned off. Mine tend to be in "clumps" when I'm surfing the way or on my iPad. I use hootsuite to schedule and auto schedule when on desktop but no such options for twitter apps or website. Is too much of one person ever a consideration for the product's development?

I hope Coco is not being kept in the competition just to drag out the fight with Alyssa. What you said about Coco is spot on. So utterly sick and tired of her and Roxxxy. Regional, tragic, and not funny. At least Alyssa is entertaining in the workroom.

Fully agree. The show got better when the Phi Phi lashing started but overall it was a scripted boring mess. We loved the looks, especially Sharon's and were thrilled with the win. They should do the show LIVE. Doing three endings is a mistake. Even Sharon said that her response would have been different had it not been staged in her interview with EW.

Perfect summation of the show. I think surprises are fun but this year Ru has pulled every trick out of her bag and I think she's not got any left. Another reason for not telling us is to enjoy tons of social media exposure on Facebook and Twitter. To me the reunion show is always more fun to watch than the finale anyway. I hope they at least announce the winner at the beginning of it..
