OK....the comment under the photo says, "When the deputy got to the intersection of Line and Fourth streets, a 19-year-old Hollister female driver pulled out into the intersection, hitting the patrol car." Why the heck would someone wait until there was a car in the intersection before pulling out? And if she hit him, wouldn't he be the one with his car t-boned and not her? His front is messed up not hers. Something fishy is going on in Hollister or should I say it smells like pork...?

I hope they do and they throw the Speed Racer in jail when they find out he was speeding and they all lied to cover it up. If they had nothing to hide they would have released the tape a long time ago. Visibility is not that great in the intersection. I live close by and go by that intersection every day. There's a plant or bush of some kind that blocks your view. Check it out sometime.....
I think she was already in the intersection and the deputy was going so fast that he couldn't stop in time to avoid hitting her.

I had a deputy follow me to the store too. I had my teenager (Hispanic male) in the passenger seat and the deputy followed us all the way to the parking lot and parked a few spaces over. WTF was up with that....I'll never know. Seems to me like we were suspicious looking just because my son is male and Hispanic.

Yeah...you sound just like a Hollister "peace" officer with your arrogant, self-centered, mightier than thou attitude. Firefighters put their lives on the line too and they aren't dickheads!

People do live on the street, right next door to El G and and the tire place. They came out immediately after and didn't see any "flashing" lights! The lights would have stayed on after the crash, if they were ever really on. You know they are going to protect their own and will never admit fault! Hopefully, the charger was equipped with a video camera. That should give us the proof, if they don't tamper with it.

More cover-ups to protect their own. Neighbors who came out immediately after the crash, did not see the deputy's light on! They would have remained on after the crash, if they were really on. This is an obvious case of "we are the law and never at fault".

Maybe you can help her by being a witness. Please contact the DA's office and let them know what you saw. She's only 19 and doesn't deserve to have her whole life ruined by some idiot speed racer deputy. Please help her!

AGAIN....she was not drunk and she did not almost kill a deputy. The deputy almost killed her. If you are a deputy, you should know that your friend was conveniently whisked away after he caused this accident. If he was really hurt he would have waited for an ambulance like she had to.

She was not drunk and the deputy did not have his lights on! He was speeding in the new charger to see how fast he could go. The DA has not charged her. Witnesses have said that the deputy did not have his lights on when they rushed out. He was conveniently whisked away, while she had to wait in her smashed car for 15 minutes for the ambulance to arrive!

I happen to know the alleged suspect and she was not drunk! The deputy was NOT in pursuit of a suspect vehicle, nor did he have his lights on! There was no one on the road but her and the deputy. He was the one speeding in his new speedy charger and is using her as an excuse! That's why she hasn't been "officially" charged yet. I hope she does beat this and that the deputy gets charged for falsifying a report for his own benefit! This just proves that the sheriff's department is corrupt!
