What exactly is the tie between Socialism and The Joker? The Joker and Socialist leader have both killed many people, but for different reasons. Socialism is an attempt to tie everyone together under a banner of supposed equality and order. The Joker strives for chaos and yearns to reveal the madness behind humanities somewhat placid exterior. And really no one is accusing Obama of killing massive amounts of people. So the connection is tentative at best.
