Okay, lets take it one step further....it won't happen but imagine that Bush is nominated for the Supreme Court. At that point if there is hear say regarding something that would likely be place before the court in a trial, it would be relevant what he had to say about that topic and therefore the speeches would important.

At the time, the speeches do not mean anything if nobody is listening, but just like posting stuff on the Internet, be careful because that stuff can come back to get you where you least expect it. Hilary is not releasing them because she knows what she would do if the shoe was on the other foot. She would take things out of context to make her opponent look bad. The Rep nominee will do the same.

She is trying to mimic Bernie about being against the 1 percenters. It is a little hypocritical to give a speech lauding them and then saying you are for the little guy....not saying that is what her speech contained but as Bill Clinton once said, "Be careful who you go to bed with"

It has been reported on a couple news sites that the contracts for the speeches indicated that the content is hers and even if Goldman had them, they would have to ask permission to release them

In the past (not so good about it now), I only open my email when I want to at pre-defined times. So I would open Outlook or Gmail at 7 AM, 10AM, and 2 PM. Anything that was critical, well, people know how to use a phone. All the rest of the time, I totally closed out my email. Think I will start doing that again

Yes and many with a job will look at one hand and say "I can use this $200 each month to buy or insurance" or look at the other hand and say "I can use that $200 to pay on a much nicer car or apartment or house"

I love it.....Mr. Hope and Change is....as of today.....an insurance salesman. Nothing wrong with that but I always pictured the President of the United States taking care of the US and world problems....not trying to sell insurance to 20 somethings.

I am saying the dummycrats added 30 million people to the health system without even considering (at least in the ACA) adding resources to handle those people, More people having insurance....good. Making it harder for those with insurance to see a doctor in a timely manner......bad. Also consider that doctors will be able to be a lot more picky about their patients. They can more easily pick patients with insurance that will pay at a higher rate than medicaid patients.

This is for the MARKETPLACE (with possible subsidy) insurance plans. There are plenty of policies you can buy outside the marketplace and the law still applies to the insurance company to not deny you due to pre-existing conditions.

apparently you have not read the law. The "tax" (its NOT A FINE, that would be unconstitutional) would be applicable but I can buy coverage whenever I want and cannot be denied because of existing conditions. Think about. If someone loses their job and starts their own business or goes to a place without company insurance......that person has to wait till "open enrollment" time? your ignorance is indicative of the problems that exist in the ACA

or they can use the part of the ACA that allows them to get insurance when they have a pre-existing condition. Pay nothing until I need insurance....my house is burning down, better get fir insurance. Never mind that will never happen, the you will do the math see its less expensive to pay the "tax" and not subsidize the older insured.

You may want to start looking at polling numbers....they indicate otherwise. In July it was a tossup on whether the Senate would be Republican controlled, as of now because of the ACA it is nearly a slam dunk as you have some democrats losing double digit leads. When they are on record as saying "You can keep your plan", and the voter now has to go out and shop around for a new one, it makes them angry

Look at http://www.ObamacareACA.com and you will see MANY more reasons why the law is bad. It was poorly written. The whole web site thing was an amusing diversion from the real headaches ahead....for starters, the democrats wrote a law that ads 30 million more bodies into the health care system but added NOTHING to make sure there were more doctors available as well as hospital services. This in a time when there is already a shortage of doctors. Get ready to get sick and WAIT!!!!

help me out here....where do those subsidies come from? I keep hearing a lot of plans will be cheaper when you factor in the subsidies. Somehow, on the revenue side, it seems like health care just got more expensive.

There are two kinds of pre-existing conditions that we need to address. One is for someone that through no fault of their own lost coverage and are being denied. Society and government needs to address that situation. For the second group that decided to play the lottery and not get coverage when they were both healthy and/or could pay for it, I have less sympathy. We still need to help them but we need to hold them accountable to pay society back.

Conservatives are not against everything of the ACA. I would say most of us have the same goal....affordable health care that is available to everyone. We just disagree on how to accomplish that. Current history is showing us that Democrats have got it wrong.

Elections have consequences. Just got my insurance cancellation letter yesterday and I work for a company of 75 people (company insurance). Bending over at this moment waiting to find out how much of that "up to $2500 I am going to save on family coverage with Obamacare"

The Republicans have a few varriations on plans that include HSA's as centerpiece. You dummycrats have been closing your ears and eyes to real solutions. I have a plan myself which may not be perfect but its better than this abortion of a health plan the dummycrats have created
