Once the low hanging fruit is gone (suppliers and customers), then you need to do something to get your business talked about.</p><p>My biggest bug bear is that Australian business is so lazy. I believe it's a symptom of a small isolated community, but we just open the doors and expect business to flood in. Even our beggars on the streets just ask for money. Go to the USA and the beggars have worked out they need to offer value for some spare change, perhaps offering directions or a joke.
