I have a question. In your opinion how would my wife and I be received at Tsuta if we have our 6 month old son with us? He won't be in a pram / stroller - he'd be in a carrier strapped to my front.

Great post - I've used this technique for clients a few times now and have consistently received positive feedback.

Quick question - you make reference to the 'issues' that Facebook falls victim to from time to time however I'm finding that their cache is the source of frustration. Do you know if there is anyway to force the Facebook cache to update or is it a case of simply sitting around and waiting?

Essentially it's simple social CRM built into gmail. It's still in development (so not perfect yet) however I have been using it for a week and love it.

It's a free plugin for Chrome that seamlessly integrates with gmail - I've been using it for about 2 days and love it.

This is ludicrous - there are a lot of fan pages that are massively successful yet never have a chance in hell of attracting 10K fans let alone dropping $10K on advertising.

I implemented a combination of a nav bar and image gallery to a client's page to showcase their product ranges. Needless to say they were impressed with the customised approach. Thanks again!

Great post! I found the Sunkist Soda page on Facebook as I wanted to check out the tab first hand but it appears it's been removed with Twitter now having it's own tab and the photos appearing on the standard 'Photos' tab :(

I'm curious why they would have done this - any ideas?

Despite countless people claiming they knew 'Kate' firsthand, the whole thing (events and people) were brilliantly concocted and executed by David Thorne of http://www.27bslash6.com fame.

4chan then picked it up, ran with it and it subsequently went viral to levels that would make most digital media strategists simply wet themselves in delight.

Bummed about not being able to go? You can always buy yourself the official t-shirt from the 27bslash6 online shop lol.

What about literal games? I heard rumours not long ago that IKEA is set to run a promotion in which they have their own bastardised version of the Stig from 'Top Gear' however rather than racing cars, selected customers can race IKEA Stig to build a piece of IKEA furniture. Seriously.

open up your 'character' palette and uncheck 'hyphenate'. You may need to select 'show options' from the palette options to be able to see the checkbox.

if the logo is created as a vector graphic (which it hopefully has), size is irrelevant as vectors can be scaled to any size without loss of reolution.

i think what Tom was trying to say was that your cache has nothing to do with your browsing history (in this case anyway). What you need to do is go to: Tools>Clear Private Data> then make sure you have browsing history checked before clicking the 'clear private data' button.
