Hi Jackson, and thanks. Yep it's pretty boilerplate and it's using jQuery built-in AJAX:

This will alert a "200 Success" when I'm in IE and Chrome, but "400 Fail" when in Firefox. (no sub error code in the response body either)

I'm finding that Firefox changes the Content-Type header from "application/json" to "application/json; charset=utf-8" on PUT requests, and it seems that BC will respond with a "400 bad request" if Content-Type is not set to exactly "application/json".. i.e. if I send the exact request in Fiddler but just remove the "charset=utf-8" it is successful. Should the API be changed to allow with or without "charset=utf-8"?

Hey Brent, this webinar was priceless for me. It took a lot of the guesswork out of my next project, which is actually more like a franchise than a vertical.

I was searching PRO for the additional materials you had planned to release (business card template, surveys, etc.) but I can't seem to locate. Is it up yet?

I have the Antec Nine Hundred, it is really a beautiful case, my favorite feature is the 200mm top fan, it is low noise b/c it doesn't have to run as fast yet it sucks air out like a champ! Great post.
