Thanks, Kathy! Don't worry, I don't think I'll write many more posts that are 4000 words. Certainly not during this project. I'm shooting for somewhere between 600 - 1000, so it's digestible, yet valuable.

@drumeo @Ryan -- I do apologize for the frustration had in our email editor and the inability to create responsive templates. I've communicated *all* of your feedback to our product team and they will hold it under consideration in future releases. I do not know when or if responsive templates are coming, but I do know they appreciate the feedback and practical use-cases and they are chiefly focused on keeping our software easy, fast and powerful.

Perhaps, it was a bit premature for us to publish this post and gloss over responsive design. The intent of this post was to help users focus on subtle design changes to make decent-looking emails. Often, one of the top concerns faced by users is A) what should my email look like? and B) What should I write for my emails?

I would start by disabling all plugins except LastPass and see where that gets you. It's possible other plugins are modifying the form fields. It's also possible the LastPass plugin and Firefox's own password manager are conflicting - so, see if you saved your password in Firefox itself in your Preferences/Settings > Security tab.

Unfortunately, we don't offer technical support for non-Infusionsoft products, but this is the path I would take in resolving this. It appears to me that this issue is not due to Heartbleed or CustomerHub.

This is odd. I tried it under Firefox and LastPass and it worked perfectly. Do you have any other plugins installed on the browser and is it the current version (28)?

It's not gonna happen. I wonder if the $50 fee was simply for the rental company. Business entities are not liable for any violations as they are likely to just discard them. (But they have the option of identifying you.)
I'd rest easy and wait until someone knocks on your door. They have 120 days from the violation date to serve you. After that, it's dismissed.

Thanks, Scott for the detailed comment. While we would like to offer this sooner, we don't yet have a date for it. We are continually making improvements throughout the software and are very focused on making it easy to use for all users and this may at some point be a part of that goal. :)

Thanks for the comment. Though I agree responsive emails are indeed valuable, the intent of the post was to become more intentional with how we send emails to individuals and to improve the presentation of it.

Gravity Forms for WordPress will accomplish this for you. They offer an Infusionsoft plugin that will transmit information into Infusionsoft. It will require that you match the field names to Infusionsoft and it's pretty basic from what I recall.

Tony, we use Disqus because it is the most common platform for attracting and managing comments on blogs.

Unfortunately we do not control the subject lines, but you may subscribe to additional comments by scrolling down and clicking "Subscribe" - that way, it will notify you and list out the post's title where a new comment appears.

Hi, Jayems. Thank you for the feedback. I was able to connect with our product team on this. I/we totally understand where you're coming from. We are working on an improved solution to make responsive email templates possible. I don't have a date yet when it will be here, but trust that the team is exploring solutions to make this possible.

One small, but important point to consider is that we do much more than email and as such our product and development efforts are split among the entire software application. Other email marketing companies focus on what they do best -- email -- which is why they have made that turn a little quicker than we have.

The advice Mychal shared is applicable at least so the emails customers send are much more user-friendly and perform better than the plain, unmodified email templates. Can or should they be mobile-ready? Absolutely. But making these tweaks will greatly help professionalize their brands and customer experience.

Stay tuned to some great developments to our product, we think you'll love them.
