One of the biggest violators is the Federal Government, the organization that makes the laws, rules and regulations and then if you challenge the agency/supervisor, you get harassed to the point that you are forced to give up or shut up or lose your job. I know this, I work for the federal government, the Senior Management Officials and the Labor Relations Supervisor has literally threatened several people in front of witnesses and nothing has ever been done to these officials. If you want to talk about OWCP, ever since DOL contracted out the processing of WC claims, (Privatized), it takes forever to settle a claim.

Funny that you should say that, in my facility, it is management that is intentionally using the "Divide and Conquer" technique, to keep the employees at each others throats, thus detracting any attention from them (management), a few have noted this but far too few. An interesting quote from a senior management official, 'This place is full of "Pit Vipers"', all I could do was laugh and agree.
