Because that context also applies to this context? if mental health weren't stigmatized to the degree that it is, and if the state had the sources to, say, combat that stigmatization, then perhaps Howard would have sought, and got, the help he needed. That's all that i'm saying. "intellectually dishonest" seems like a loaded criticism. After all, why do people not seek out help? Like Will said, "Getting people to take the first step is part of health care, and it goes beyond insurance coverage."

The poll says that because the poll is about perception, not about the actual reality. Chicago is perceived to be the most dangerous city, even though really it isn't. [it's obviously no utopia either.] That said, perception matters, as i wrote in the piece.

Also, i didn't link to CNN. Not once. l find it ironic that someone who lambasts reading comprehension is displaying an utter lack of it.
