Under all parties abuse like this has been tolerated, Medical care should not be traded on wall street, this is what happens. We need to stand up and say no more abuses like this not in our country we are better than this. All without any justice. We say no more, enough is enough.

Every time you hurt someone we are going to be standing right there with them, so CIGNA really better STOP IT. We are not going away until there is justice for every last family you have damaged.

Cigna is no longer going to be able to sweep its crimes under the carpet. As I told you on the telephone last week if it were up to me I would close you all down. America needs a one payer system, we no longer are willing to be ripped off and abused.

You do not have to apologize. Let me explain. Please review the history of Ross Loos first, Cigna moved in and purchased Ross Loos, they even owned a hospital. They expanded and when we say clinics it is actually not the type you think of as an urgent care clinic. These were fully equipped facilities,blood tests x rays all done on these locations. They insured and treated over 600,000 people in the immediate area. Their buildings were large standing just the same as Kaiser facilities. They were in fact growing and emulating Kaiser.

There were dozens of doctors,even specialty doctors on these premises. They employed the doctors.

Over two years, I went there over a dozen times, telling them my symptoms,they would tell me you have bronchitis or pneumonia,give me medicine and send me away, when I would go back they would say oh that medicine did not work, and they would give me a different kind in the end they made me feel like a hypochondriac, they had me thinking this is how it gets as you get older. I had no reason to believe the Doctors or physician assistants would be lying to me. Firstly my Tumor was a nervous system Tumor, so it affected my body in many ways at different times. At the end I was so ill I requested a cat scan,(how I had to fight for that) there is a director who overseas all the Doctors, she was a physician herself.

After that Cat Scan, this director called me at home and told me I was ok, she documented that phone call to me in my medical records. That night I told her,I want to see a doctor outside of Cigna, I do not care what you say I am very sick. The next day she called and she stated she had made an appointment with a pulmonologist. I went to that appointment he arranged for a bronchospy. Nobody still told me I was sick. Instead she documented in those medical records, I was neither a canditate for surgery, or follow up, because of the location of the Tumor. It was sitting close to my heart, and pressing the bronchus shut that was what was choking me,(this I learned after the fact). I continued to be sick, now I demanded all my Xrays and Cat Scan, they told me they were lost.

For two weeks I fought, and told them they better find them. Out of the blue I got a call from this Directors secretary, she told me Mrs Godfrey what these people are doing to you is not right, that the director was off that day, and she would leave everything in Radiology, but I must come and get it that day. I picked the films up, and as I did, they asked me why do you want these films. I told them I am afraid I might have Cancer. They stated there is nothing wrong with you, you definately do not have Cancer. I broke down and cried that day. Something inside my Soul told me they were lying, I called a doctor, out of the yellow pages. He met me at the local hospital, looked at the film, and immediately told me you have Cancer. It is evident on all the Xrays and the Cat Scan, and you need immediate surgery. That was the beginning of my fight to live.

This short clip, only tells a small part of my family's suffering, thank you for acknowledging my post. When the whole story will be able to be told Americans will be very mad.

Once again thank you. My goal in what I am doing is to totally expose the corruption so no family will ever suffer like mine again.
