Is that meaning that you do think social networks of a certain size should be regulated. As someone who owns Facebook stock, I am not real happy about that prospect as I bought the stock hoping for a lucrative business model. However, I do see how dangerous these social networks could be to the free and open discourse that we enjoy in the United States. I would not like any one platform to have enough power that it could unduly influence culture. Furthermore your article reminded me: "When the service is free, I am the currency".

What I glean from this is ... The Internet is the most efficient mechanism for creating success bubbles and then bursting them. When someone discovers a way to game the system they get success then others try and duplicate that success creating an overuse. The consumer gets weary, algorithms change and the whole process collapses.

Mark, I know you will agree the only good system is doing the basics well, focusing on the long game and diversifying one's marketing channels. There is yet to be discovered a magic pill that will generate a consistent long term lead generation engine.

Appreciate your thoughts.

I have not played any of the SDJ nominees. Big smile for ICECOOL ... offered the creator $100.00 for his copy at GenCon but he made me wait for retail. Well worth the wait. Surprised for Raider of the North Sea ... great game! Just didn't think it was on anyone's radar.

I am a live and let live kind of person. So this is really curiosity. A gay friend of mine in college once told me that he would do anything to be "normal". I have ADHD and do not take medication because I do not like how I feel when I temporarily do not have ADHD and I wondered if that is the same for people in the LGBTQ community.

I often wonder if Transgender inclined people would accept a medical solution that would make them feel like the gender of their anatomy. Always afraid to ask such a question for fear of being ridiculed for my curiosity.

When all of my competitors were eagerly selling apps to small and mediums sized businesses, I rejected the trend. Moreover, when my clients asked if they should have an app for their company I would push back and ask what value, in addition to self branded content, their app would give the user. The current trend simply puts an exclamation point on the fact that branded apps are not for content delivery, they must DO something of value to be used. The challenge becomes coming up with something of value that is not being offered through another, more popular, channel.

In short, I agree with you completely.

I am a huge of this theory. However, public school are forced to educated everyone and provide services to everyone. This is simply an added expense that private schools are able to avoid. Public school cost per pupil is an average of the high cost per pupil special needs students and the normal cost per pupil children with no special needs. Any break from a public education system needs to account for special needs children. I do not have a special needs child so I do not know what that would entail. i just know we cannot make this type of change without addressing that issue.

Over the summer you guys talked about your "Top 5 SEO Best Practices". I just implemented those strategies verbatim for a local real estate agent. We made 9 mini-sites each targeting specific keyword groups. All 9 were on the first page of Google within a few days AND 3 of the 9 were number one within a week. Those that hit #1 position are on top of BIG real estate sites like Trulia and Zillow, which normally monopolize the top positions.

Would it be helpful to purchase ThisIsWhatWeDo.info .biz .net etc (replace this is what we do with keywords that get searched for your company's discipline) if the .com is owned and just parked by a squatter?
