You cannot "capture" genius if you are not working hard on a problem.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Unlike popular myth, Newton was not just sitting there under a tree when an apple hit him on the head - exposing a link to his genius.  He was writing and thinking hard about the laws of physics when he saw an apple fall far away.
