Great article Paul to get people thinking about not using CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA. Usually, the LABEL for the honeypot says something like "do not fill out this field it used to stop SPAM bots" or some like that.

Also, logic questions could be an issue for those with cognitive issues and those with dyslexia are pretty much going to not even try the CAPTCHA.

At least you can ask the reasoning behind why they decided they didn't want to amputate.

Hopefully, you find a nice cross section of people that amputated right away, along with those that waited and others that never did so you can see why and if they think they made the right choice.

Best of luck in making this decision.

You might want to check with VA's (Veterans Affairs) office or some of their forum's to see how soldiers are dealing with loss of a limb or if they wished they had an amputation sooner.

Great two-day quick project to help out other co-workers do their jobs better and more efficiently.

That being said you might have noticed this already. Do you need to have the word "Designer" under each person's name in the left-hand navigation. The person is under the "Designer" section of the navigation already. Plus "Designer" is listed at the top of all the person's information like, cover letter, resume, etc.

Noticed you have "Pivotal Labs" listed twice, once with a space and once without on the Dev/Design Shop slide.

Hope this was helpful, since I'm an accessibility (Section 508), Usability, QA, developer, etc. type person I seem to notice these kind of things.

Another point to remember is ABC = Always Be Charging. Make sure either carry a back up phone or computer battery or at least the chargers so you can re-charge them. I even bought a few extra extension batteries for my phone this year.

Wondering if they were able to get into a lot of the U.S. government websites/intranets when they were gathering their stats? Being that I work on a government website we are still going to mainly design for both IE6 and IE 7 still.

Watched Jamie Oliver's shows about fixing up the British school lunches a few years back and was amazed at how kids learned more with a proper diet.
