The physical portion of my morning ritual is as follows:

1) Wake up with a smile and feel gratitude for everything I have been blessed with in my life.
2) Ingest a supplement on an empty stomach
3) 15 minutes later have a large glass of water and a pinch of sea salt
4) Hit a workout routine that lasts between 30-45 minutes in length (jogging, P90, Yoga)
5) Go through a 15 minute stretching routine to loosen up the body
6) Take my shower
7) Meditate for 15 minutes
8) Come downstairs and crush a smoothie in my Nutribullet

I really had a great time with you in this interview my friend!! I did want to clarify a point though.. at the beginning of our interview it stated that I was THE top earner in my company and we should have just said "A" top earner.
