A clarification of my statement:

With "greater good" I'd like the PPI members to start looking for constructive changes to build a stable organization instead of criticizing every bit they disagree on. I agree with most of the critique that PPAU has put forward but don't see PPI (or PPAU) improving from any decision the CoA will make on this decision.

Statutes are a mess, organization is a mess, trust from their members is a mess. How can we make PPI work efficiently on what they were once constructed to do?

best way of crowdsourcing is pointing relevant people to this post. Knowing where to find find it and bridging language barriers is part of problem when gathering information like this. Reaching out to people only helps sometimes since many respond first after several notifications...

Happy for anyone that would like to join our effort to collect more info. Also doing a more extensive report about every election contested by a pirate party...

En långsiktig plan är väldigt viktig men vi behöver även "genvägar" om hur vi kan få möjlighet till att få in programmering i undervisningen redan imorgon.

En lösning på "rotationer av utrustning" som du nämner är att öppna upp datorerna. Införning av Linux som operativ-system ger mycket mer möjligheter till anpassning och att använda sig av äldre datorer som ändå fungerar till ändamålet. Jag kan även se att äldre datorer/utrustning kan roteras neråt i klasserna eftersom yngre studenter behöver mindre starka datorer för uppgifterna de ska utföra.

Not adding a CTA on a post discussing it would have been even worse. Putting theory to practice is essential imo.

Have you analyzed why the interaction decreases on your English posts compared to the Swedish ones? Are you asking similar questions?

so, you posted the image to get recognition +20k visits after you should be happy. If you were looking for long term recognition you have to find a way of getting people to stay around or sign up to mail-list/facebook. There's no 'call to action' that is very visible on site.

Shop page is one of last links = have to click through many of the categories before you even see it. Just moving it up beneath 'home' will probably increase views. Suggest you do some testing on that. Another point I find that can be improved about the shop page is adding more information to it.

If you're afraid of Flickr "security leaks" you might want to look into your own site as well. Easy to find 2500x3750 res pictures. A small thing you could do to increase search traffic to your site is to change the description of each image so that more people can find it. Your current one won't lead to more visits:

No shares and no comments so far. The ending comment seems to have been an incentive on a CTA for the reader that obviously hasn't worked until I commented now.

Let's turn discussion and see what you asked for in your CTA:
"please link to both good- and bad examples when it comes to call-to-actions and let’s discuss"
-A highly cognitive task for a potential reader to find their own examples and bring them to the table for evaluation by others.

Believe a more effective option for the ending CTA on this post would have been, just as you stated in post, to imply that you had more to share on the topic (which you surely have).
OR
given the reader a practical exercise in order to employ your advice direcly e.g. given a short fictional press release and asked the reader to apply your point-list to create an ending CTA for the PR.

Do you believe one of these ideas would have been a better CTA or do you have some other idea?
