I understand the chemistry of it all (urea, sweat, etc) could be causing the pads to change color, but I did feel more energized when I woke up this morning. And let me tell you, I'm NOT a morning person!

I actually bought my pads at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I didn't have to wait for them to come in the mail or worry about more being charged to my card and sent to me. I figured 20 bucks is 20 bucks and worth a try. How many of us pay over 50 bucks a month in gym fees and rarely go?

I'm not endorsing the product, I'm just saying I felt better when I woke up. Mine were covered with a grayish color and I had no problem taking them off or had any residue on them. To be honest, I forgot about the "more energy" claim until I got on this site. Maybe it's a placebo thing, but hey, I think hypnosis has it's good points and herbs have some positives about them, and for all we know it could be a mind thing or a placebo thing. It's a proven fact that thinking more positively has it's health benefits, so if putting something on your foot assists you in thinking more positive than so be it. As long as people don't use the pads as a substitute for true treatment (i.e. chemo for cancer, anti-depressants for major depression, etc) then I think they are harmless.
