it came out delicious! I didn't have a 9" pan with 2+ depth so I added a small loaf pan and also, let some of the batter go. It turned out fabulous! Thanks so much, Elise.

It's fixed now. I don't know what was going on earlier today. I had tried multiple times and received the same error message but now...all good! thanks.

Tac: "Disquss has been a little buggy at time. I like much of it’s functionality and cross platform, community nature, it’s been marking a lot of legitimate people as spam. If things get worse I may switch back to WordPress’ native commenting system. How do you like the current commenting system compared to other blogs you comment on?"

The site looks great, Tac. Although I do agree with Itamar -- you are the reason that we're here.
My only comment is that there seems to be a disconnect between "About Us" and then having all of the text be "I". Maybe, you should rename "About Us" to "Meet Tac"...I know that your efforts are to move away from you but in the end it is your blog and there isn't a "Us".

I believe that your home page/landing page should be directed to one audience....is it us (your blog followers?) or the companies that would hire you to speak/consult? Of course, sometimes these are one and the same. But you get the idea....I would focus the landing page for the blog audience and pump up the value that you provide to US -- and then put the consult/speaking on the back tabs. If someone is interested in hiring you-- they'll find their spot - and they're likely a blog follower (or recommended by a blog follower). My 20cents.

P.S. how about adding a book(s) section - or Products section (include your e-books - e.g. learn how human business works, etc..). Testimonials? Or stream in Amazon book reviews?

Thanks Tac. I have a neighborhood blog highlighting local events, people, local government news, our neighborhood parties, etc...things that I believe interest the people in my neighborhood.
