I agree with you! At 5 years old, there is no way that you are aware of the discrimination you are about to face. You may know hurt but you don't understand it. Why subject your child to unnecessary ignorance!?!? When he gets a certain age then fine, but until then....absolutely not.

On the flip, I do think that we should teach our children NOT to discriminate on what they feel is different and not their norm. Children can be more cruel than people like to think. Especially these days. SMH
