It’s pretty easy to upload an HTML file to a website rather than editing the DNS. I’m not crazy about these third-party tools they just get in my way

Yes that's true, the budget for out reach is important. However I have yet to find a tool that can accurately evaluate and influencer's reach. I prefer to use a tool like GetLittleBird to narrow it down and then do the ground work by hand. One at a time.

David, it appears that any participating athlete or someone local supporting an athlete with even a minor sponsorship like help getting to the games, supplying gear etc at home could run up against the rules as set by simply cheering them on on social media and mentioning the above words. It's not just big corporate sponsors. Of course, I'm not a lawyer either, so do your due diligence before you mess up someone's Olympic dreams.

Hi Mark, it's kind of hard for me to be sure but I'd guess it's a bandwidth issue or something is hinky a bout the app. Try uninstalling and re-installing and check to see you have strong connection speed. You can also reach out to Periscope through their help page. https://help.periscope.tv

I believe that means 38 more have watched your broadcast but are not Periscope users. Therefore you can't block them. The Periscope team is really great on Twitter, ping them at @periscopehelp for a more detailed answer.
