How old is your version of Lightroom/Photoshop? If you're an actual CC member you should have a modern version, but if not, you can also download the Camera Raw plug-in and it will give you all that is necessary to view them.

Yeah, lets wait over a minute and a half for that 70MB/s HDD to copy an 8000MB Ram state.. or increase load times drastically by always recording the changes.

That's just distortion correction, it changes depending on a number of conditions, like faces/people near the edge, vertical buildings being bent, ect.

The image will be corrected and cropped differently depending on the scene.

This article fails to mention the Redmi K20 Pro, named that way because it's the Flagship Killer 2.0.

Literally the successor to the 1.0 version.. which was obviously the Poco F1.

You know, the one that comes with an SD855, 3 cameras on the back, full screen OLED, 6GB of ram and 128GB of storage all for less than $350 USD?

All around the back of the screens casing, just like the Surface Pro 5/6/7 has a large sheet of copper that can allow it to run fanless - this graphite would be more efficient and 2-3 times larger in area.

While you can just get a 1650 Super for $150 with Nvidia and get better performance.

NVENC is not at all a real replacement for software encoding, it's terribly noisy and any motion beyond a still frame turns into artifact city.

It's actually "22 non-duplicated actions every five seconds of play", so I believe it's a mix of keyboard and mouse - which is within most peoples capability if you consider the unit selection mouse click, keystroke, action mouse click happen almost simultaneously. Then there are multiple keys clicked at once like pressing shift+command+click in a few areas to queue up actions.

I'm a big Ryzen fan, but Intel owns its own fab, so there's no middle man taking a slice and there has always been large mark-up in intels pricing.

Even *if* it were true that they couldn't do it and remain profitable, they certainly *can* afford to do it for a generation in order to not lose ground to AMD before a proper response can be formed in 10nm.. what choice would they have? Remain unprofitable and lose the market they've owned for the last decade?

we’ll automatically animate based on the properties changed.

This is one of the reasons we switched off of Xsplit many moons ago, it's called a merge transition on the other software we use and has soooo many functions!

Will be cool to see how well implemented this is!

the company has never embraced the Sony and Microsoft trend of offering periodic console upgrades.

Nintendo's had dreams of pushing mid-life upgrades to their hardware for as long as I can remember, the SNES had the CD addon from SONY that wasn't launched and birthed the PlayStation, the N64 had the port on the bottom for the 64DD and expandable ram - the GameCube had the expansion ports on the bottom. The only reason they didn't is that it never made sense to do it instead of switching to a new platform.

As far as mobile devices are concerned there have been upgraded versions like the Gameboy Pocket/Color, GBA SP/Micro and NDS Lite as well as all the 3DS models so a mid-life hardware upgrade to refresh the line is very Nintendo.

If we look at a phone as the sum of its parts, Apple sells the same aluminum as other companies for 10x the price, so why can't Qualcomm sell Apple the same chip as other companies for 10x the price? If we're not looking at the phone as a sum of it's parts.. then it doesn't actually matter what price the part is in different phones as all that matters is how valuable the chip is *in that phone.*
