Hi Jade! Sorry to hear about your break-up - sending hugs :) Ubud, Bali is definitely the place I'd recommend for healing and reconnecting with yourself again. I stayed at Ubud Aura and absolutely loved it.

Andy, absolutely LOVE this take on it!! Thank you for sharing! What beautiful language - reminds me a lot of what they taught us in coach training school (I went through CTI) - so much of our outlook relates to our relationship to the situation, not the situation itself. Also loved the book "Loving What Is" for this type of inner work! Thanks so much for reading and taking the time to comment :)
