Wow, lucky you for never having car issues while out and about. Andrew and I on the other hand have had almost everything happen to us. We don't seem to have good luck with cars. From tires, to alternators, to multiple engines to dead batteries.. we've experienced it all!

They have become my "go to" snack. I've made a couple different batches, the last one was raisins and pecans. I'll be making maple syrup, brown sugar and pecans this weekend, (Andrew LOVES real maple syrup!)

Thanks! These granola bars are what I call a "one bowl" recipe so you should totally give them a try. Let me know if you do and what creative ingredients you try.

Mmm basil! If you can't bring it back to health (which I'll be surprised cause once it's gone, it's usually gone) just start a few from seeds. They're so easy to get going and you can a couple varieties. You probably already know that though. I dig your miniature greenhouse, shows your passion!

Great post. Your top picture cracked me up...my husband and I went grocery shopping last night and we have a huge bowl of green apples and oranges (for juicing) on our table. Looks almost identical to your bowl of fruit!

I love walking through other peoples gardens. This one was so fun with paths and areas to rest. I'm always the girl going "wow!" every 2 seconds just because I love seeing what other gardeners create. Then I go home and decide what to dig up!
