How can we see who reblogs - I know that's besides the point - but I'm seriously a dolt and don't know and yes, of course, I'm also a victim of this problem so I do have no choice but to see the reblogs.

I don't find it hard to use one account for both purposes. There is nothing I do in my personal life that I wouldn't want "potential" employers to find out about and nothing in my professional life that I wouldn't want "potential" and "past" friends to know about. In essence, I consider my professional life an extension of my personal life. Plus, it is easy to hide things from people who aren't on your friend list and also to limit what those people see if necessary, so yeah.
