The reason Masoli got the year long suspension was because he lied about what happened. If he had told the truth to Chip Kelly in the first place, he probably would have only been suspended for a game or two at the most. I'm still extremely excited about the coming season though because I think that Darron Thomas will do a great job at quarterback. He is a better passer than Masoli will ever be and if he is able to get a grasp of the spread, the Oregon offense will be unstoppable.

Chip Kelly will not allow the team to look ahead to USC. They all know that if they lose to the Dawgs that the USC game won't mean nearly as much.

Personally, I feel that Blount is getting off easy. Do you all realize that if this had happened someplace other than the football field, Blount would have probably been brought up on assault charges? I think that Chip Kelly handled it perfectly and did the right thing. The Oregon football team does not need a thug on it. However, I do think that the boise State player should get some sort of suspension....probably something like 1-2 games.

We all know that the California Bears are always over-hyped and overrated so go ahead and move Oregon into the #2 slot. Go Ducks!!!
