There is a crossing guard at Clinton and Hamilton. This appears to have happened slightly east at intersection of Court and Hamilton. If you can't make it across the 4+ lanes, I *believe* there is a place you can wait 1/2 way through (under the overpass). At least that's the case at the Clinton Street crossing. Things like this are bound to happen in a city this large. Regardless, very very sad. RIP.

oh. that makes sense. really. good luck bypassing the broker. maybe ask someone as they walk out of the building if the place is nice... and then hit em up for the landlords #. sometimes the super # is posted on the wall or something, and you can call super for owner.
