This was on Lyndhurst Terrace in front of Paisano's. Yeah, the owner was driving this. He looks like a real life version of Michael Scott from the Office.

crazy. not sure but this made me think of a much more serious case of something that your brother would go through. He'd also be naked on the floor but he'd probably be chewing on ice and reciting lines from the Wire.
