Yes they do make money but are not a cash cow currently. I firmly believe however that this is going to change soon and is the main reason companies are willing to invest so much in so little stock of the company. There have been some finances leaked but they are certainly not making mounds of profits.

lol.. thanks for clarifying but know I was not upset. These are the comments I love commenting on because they are interesting. I appreciate that you felt you could express yourself :)

If you are being honest and speaking fact (I hate it when peopel throw theories around liek fact) then there is never a reason to be upset with any comments.

OK, you are going to have to tell me how that site is going to do any harm. Show me proof you know this for a fact because I have NEVER in any of my blogs, seen anything negative from something like this service. Show me actual proof you can back up your comment with and I will listen.

I have hundreds of blogs and sites and i do every thing from one way linking, directories, press releases and even link exchanges.

I am not defending this site but what I am doing is holding you to your comments. It is very easy to say "that is dangerous" cause you heard from soemone it was, so I hope you have actual proof to back yourself up because I think you are using theories and making assumptions about what the service does.

Of course I could be the one assuming here ;)

Kevin, have you looked into it, have you signed up... it is more than just plastering your banner on their network. Second of all it is a guy trying to get his idea to take off and paid for a review, so i did a "honest" review of it.

Signing up is free, the people signing up can get exposure... whether it small or large.

What I am surprised at is you are taking such a stance on this and I agree with Nishadha on this.

You are a part of a great blog yourself and as such you can decide what reviews you want to do. I felt his site offered what it says it does, it is not anything that is a scam or will cause anything negative to any participant. If this was something different from what they say it is that would be different but it is exactly as they say it is.

Your statement "Pepsi doesn't have ads with a big Coke on top and then Pepsi's phone number or web address listed." as that is not what I am stating at all.

If the advertiser could put the trademark term in the ad then yes your example would be legit, but you cant, you are only biding on the search results.

You also need to remember, that Google is just a big website and as such they should be able to decide who how advertisers are shown. A trademark rule would mean not being able to advertise on anything like sony, ford or any of those words... this would be a huge thing for most advertisers and Google. 99% of trademark owners that are aware of the issue, realize this it is only the few loud few that are stirring the pot.

Thats my opinion anyway.

Actualy it does happen to me, I see the competitors bidding on Traffickahuna, portalfeeder and things like that. Those are products I own and I am ok with that... do I wish that they couldn't... absolutely not. The reason is I bid on a lot of trademark terms... in fact (heres a tip) some of my most profitable PPC terms are major store brands and store names I get from the yellow pages.
