I'd like a little more commentary please, or at least a definition of terms. What does "Pension shortfall as a percentage of annual wages for employees in the pension" mean? While you're at it pls translate the other two categories too.

NO, this 2% fee was self imposed by the hoteliers themselves. This was done after the Voters of SD refused to up the TOT tax. If the voters had increased the TOT, that money would have gone into our general fund but we didn't.

HELP RECIPE: Farro Risotto. I've read the recipe a couple times now and I can't figure out where you get 8 cups of mushroom stock. Is this to come from the mushroom section of the recipe or can you buy "mushroom stock" at the store? Obviously I'm a flesh eater, so I've never looked for mushroom stock, BUT I have the veggie friends and would like to prepare something tasty for them.

Houses should simply be a place to live, where you know the monthly payment isn't going to go up every year and hopefully by the time you're older you can retire because you no longer have a monthly payment. Quit treating homes like some sort of mutual fund.

I thought the MV location was "un-buildable" due to the great pollution caused by leaky gas or oil storage tanks. Is it possible to clean this up and still have money to build student housing?

CCDC has done great work for Downtown redevelopment. I think it's now appropriate for CCDC to payback the rest of the city the millions it owes and then we should have a rational discussion as to whether or not all the sales tax money generated Downtown should stay Downtown (as it is now) or we should disband CCDC and spread that money across the city, where it CAN be used for beaches, fire and police salaries.

I understand and personally support the boycott but I think we should cut the AHA some slack if moving the convention would have cost them hundreds of thousands of $$$.

Just because you have a handicapped placard, doesn't mean you can keep your vehicle parked in a space on a parade route. In the city, there are many civic events that occur that close off street parking such as PRIDE, NP Toyland Parade, CityFest, Rock n Roll Marathon, Breast Cancer Walk and I'm sure many others. Most of the residents in these neighborhoods enjoy and support these events. We got it, you hate the city, we're not looking for your approval.

The parade is fun and is part of the community character.
"Parades" "with" "decorated" "trucks" and "winners" and "participants" occur in "every" "community" in "America" and "the" "world". I'm sure each parade some haters and the haters do not have to attend and can stay in there "cave".
