Plus I don't have to pedal either. I highly recommend these electric bikes to anyone that wants to commute with an electric vehicle. Plus this way its a lot cheaper than an electric car. I learned to do my ebike conversion with the ebook from ultimateebikeebook.com but there's other sources as well I think.

Re: All-In-One E-Bike Motors For An Environmental Commute - EVWORLD.COM

Flykly has apparently started delivering. But it's no matter, I built my own ebike using the ebook guide from ultimateebikeebook.com instead of buying a retail ebike. Just makes more sense to do it yourself sometimes. Why pay someone else to do something I can do with my own two hands?!

Re: Green Business Ideas: Electric Bike Shop

This is actually something my husband and I started doing locally. We buy ebike kits and install them on regular bicycles, then sell custom ebikes on craigslist and advertise around town. We got started with the DIY ebike guide from www.UltimateEbikeEbook.com and now are taking orders to build people custom electric bicycles. I've read about people doing this in other cities too.

Re: When a monkey takes a selfie ...

"The bottom line is that primates may create works of art, but those works cannot qualify for copyright protection."

The author needs to go back to 5th grade biology and learn what primate means. Millions of primates qualify for copyright protection every single hour.

Re: Vanmoof 10 Electrified

250 watt motor? 18 mph? $3,000?
I built a 1000 watt ebike that goes 30 mph for $800 using the ebook from ultimateebikeebook.com. And I'm still enjoying the $2200 in change left over from not buying overpriced ebikes like these...

Re: Turn Your Bike into an Electric Bicycle in SECONDS (w/ video)

Pretty cool, but I'd rather have more options for building my own electric bike (speed, range, batteries, motors, etc). I just got the book on how to build an ebike (also on kickstarter). Do a search for ebike book on kickstarter and I'm sure it will pop up.

Re: Rubbee Friction Drive Electrifies Any Bike In Seconds

Ehh, I'd still rather build my own eBike using the book I just got from Kickstarter here http://www.kickstarter.com/...

Re: Bikeshare rolls into Chi-Town, spreading transportation bliss

Imagine if they were on electric bikes, how much farther they could go! I guess they didn't get the book I did on building ebikes from www.UltimateEbikeEbook.com

Re: Paravelo Flying Bicycle Not Just Pie In The Sky

This flying ebike still seems pretty far off. In the meantime you could build an electric bike yourself like I did using the ebook from www.ultimateEbikeEbook.com

Re: Chinese Drywall Problem

I used a Chinese drywall tester kit I got from www.ChineseDrywallTesterKit... and found the Chinese drywall in my home. I'd recommend it to anyone that had appliances failing and corrosion on metal around the house like me.
