I have a question, how do you boil congee in an electric double-boiler aka stew pot? I would sometimes like to switch between soups and congee. Thank-you.

I was searching online for it for a long time and found out that they are also known as electric stew cooker/ pot. There are 2 websites (Amazon and china e cool) that carry the stew pot. Personally I rather buy from Amazon (bought mine from them) and am a happy camper ever since. I love nutritious soups and it's almost effortless to drop all ingredients in the stew pot before I go to work and VOILA I have my soup and some rice for dinner. I steam my veggie in it too. Love it, love it, love it.
