Cretins like Peter Hain complain that Wales will lose 25% of its Westminster MPs due to this boundary change (compared to England's 7% reduction in MPs). Good. The Welsh have their 60 Assembly Members to represent them on devolved issues, so frankly who cares?

Agreed. The way they suck up to the EU as well shows them to be quite duplicitous and as for Hain, he was the one called anyone who didn't like it "right wing extremists".

Sad. We had our disagreements over the EU [AA supported leaving it via referendum] but the Witanagemot was an institution. When it changed its name, I think that was the beginning of the end. I'm sure you will continue to support an English Parliament in your own way, Toque. Best of luck.

You've hit the nail on the head - the aim is not to reduce the poor at all but to increase them, the newbies coming falling off the bottom of the middle-class. Once the crash comes post-September, this will accelerate.

The EU has a federalist goal of an elite/rich complex and a proletariat. This is no surprise as Barroso & Co are global Marxists.

In the end, all the schemes come down to the quality of the blogposts. One can be feted for a good article on a Monday but after tosh for two days, readers fall away and don't tend to come back for days or weeks.
