@getclosure could'nt even get a response out of MTN for official complaint lodged. This is the logic as 3Gcontract customer you will not be able to buy additional cap online, system don't allow = we don't want your money. Try depositing R 3000 cash in advance for MTN not to cut you off when you reach your cap, system don't allow = We don't want your money. Try contact call centre, 17 people, 5 hours consider no solution to your problem. MTN=Corporate arrogance, can't wait for my contract to expire April.
