We should swap stories, Jo. I can make nice notes for you and you can do that for me... and then maybe it'll be easier to take these notes into consideration when making revisions. When I do notes on my own work, they read "fix this, it sucks" - not exactly helpful

It's interesting to read this article as I think it shows Hootsuite's failings perfectly - despite what they say, they're heavily invested in Twitter and they're sailing close to the wind when it comes to how they're using the API. Investors are seeing this and looking at other options - Jugnoo springs to mind, which is a far stronger offering overall.
