Why do messages in Outlook sometimes appear in an invisible yellow font?  The message in the preview window appears fine, but when I open it up, it's illegible!  Like the message disappeared. They also didn't factor in the whole internet social media network. The coupons were in the hands of millions of people within mili-seconds. It was a great idea, but poor execution.
