In fact, it's a perfect copy of the original flyer which was made by the designer in 2010. The flyer you posted is actually taken from Waxfang's original 2010 design made for a PBR bike ride that never happened. I suggest you get your facts straight before pointing fingers because as it turns out, the Milano flyer is actually the one with the stolen image. Nothing wrong with a designer reusing his own image if he wants to. Attached is a screen shot with a date stamp of the original design.
