I know you may thing im crazy but take it from someone who's suffered it for endless years.
If you want to be less anxious, it's possible, without remedies or prescription drugs. It's a matter of changing the way you think. It takes a lot of time, effort, and patience to get better, but if you're as desperate as I was, you'll do anything to get rid of this bullcrap.

Usually a person is 'shy' or anxious because they feel a lot of pressure to fit in or do something perfectly. This anxiety effects only certain personality types.

Here is a website that helped me when i had REALLY bad SAD:
http://www.affirmations-for...

There is also a book that helped me a lot, now I'm almost 100% free of SAD:
Name: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Author: Stephen R. Covey
In the beginning it doesnt seem like it has anything to do with SAD (and it doesn't), but I can't express how much this book helped me.

Another thing that helped me A LOT was The Law of Attraction (yes it's a law). There is a movie and book called "The Secret" on it; of course you can google it if you want, i just dont thing google explains everything-it's up to you.

I really hope you get better i know how bad SAD is.
