I would like to have this feature added to my tumblr. Looks awesome actually. I'm a little surprised Josh isn't #1 considering your affinity for the Dance song..speaking of dance...I like when we do that.

It's not about the .99 cents as much as the issue of forcing people to do something. They should request and make it an option. That is the right thing to do. Then, it's up to each household, and their choice. I believe approach is everything. I'm happy to give a few dollars each month to help someone less fortunate than I might be, however....you're not going to come up and tell me "I'm taking a few dollars (or cents) and you can't do anything about it". That is not right. The money isn't the issue..it's the principal, and the approach.

Gee thanks MTE, that means if I keep my apartment 7 degrees warmer than usual I'll be running about 90 degrees in my place...at that rate, I might as well just turn it off completely and open the windows. Hurray for being screwed!

It is even more important to take the steps in trying to avoid having to listen to them complain about it later. This way, they won't know that 40 some people didn't actually take showers.
