It is interesting to me that IUB is topped ranked in ethics, when my experience with the IU Southeast branch goes the opposite way:

Question though, if you do a survey asking if the students thought their program did a good job of teaching ethics, how would they know if the school was bad at it unless the already had a good grasp of ethics (which they would not get from a bad school)?

Thanks. It's true I got to a certain degree of comfort with that professor, and did not read when she was getting annoyed. Kind of shows you it's dangerous to look at a professor as a peer/friend because they have power over you (unfortunately) and you can't rely on the administration to give you any sort of due process if there is a problem.

Nice idea, but I'm not sure they consider themselves to be a business, though they certainly are (but one where market forces don't correct problems like over paid vice chancellors and deans because of tradition, lock-in and other factors). I need to see if the BBB would consider it a business. Thanks.

It's just the main DecaffeinatID.au3, the rest are libraries it should just include automatically when it compiles.

As in change what is burned into the card, no. As it what is reported to the
TCP IP stack, yes, but some drivers fail to respect what you set your MAC
to.

suppose to be in the same folder the exe is ran from.

I guess that could work, but what a pain. And now days, use BitLocker or
TrueCrypt instead.
