i've got that same kit. Using luke warm water helps with any discomfort but damn, this kit kicks ass it's helped me so many times.

CA retail state tax went up a whole percent April 1st as well. Don't know if that affects your business costs at all since you aren't in the retail business...

good post man, i can relate to a few things you talked about like going back to school; i just started again last week(Gavilan) and it feels great especially now that ive tapered off weed pretty much and feel motivated to go to school, that's a first for me.

Offspring fucking rocks , i still jam the old stuff in my car.

you can skate(blade)? I just got into rink roller hockey at the silver creek sports-plex and its the fucking most fun sport ive ever played. they got free monday night clinics where all rentals are free, and so is the clinic itself. you do skating and puck control drills for an hour then 2 45min scrimmages, its just fun as fuck gettin out there with my friends playin some hockey gettin intense and a workout and a half.

by the way im Jeff, i payed drums for Capistrano, we've met a handful of times but never really "hung out"

Andy, plays guitar.....he was working for/with you while you were touring with i want to say Sparta? i forget, but we recorded at your oakland location while you were gone. Capistrano was the band.
