I wonder if anyone would want to speak to me about a loan. It s a little complicated, 1st, after 120, my mother is 87 I will receive 210,000. Right now I need about 30,000. Less or more is possible.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My Profile.&lt;br&gt;I am still relatively young. I am orthodox-modern, whatever that means.  I am Baal chuva for 20 years.  Recently a number of things occurred to set me back.  I have a daughter, beautiful, sweet and smart, divorced with 3 children, age 7-Hadassah, Dovid-6, And Ariella Adina age 3,.I made the mistake to move in with them and lost my sense of self.  I have another daughter with 2 children, Kineret Esther, and Yaeli. They are all sweet.&lt;br&gt;For six years I was a wholesale jobber with a partner, a warehouse and I think a pretty good business. Then the partner left to pursue other dreams, the rent went up and most of all, though I had alot of customers, I was severely undercapitalized.  I probably didn t have the best partner.&lt;br&gt;So I went back to real estate leasing in Manhatten.   I joined a property management/ brokerage firm. I  reaclimated myself to real estate getting to know again many owners and management companies.  I was seriously considering opening up an office due to my 20 some odd years of business and real estate experience. I was thinking 65% of Manhatten is looking to down-grade their  rental budget and 65% of owners and prop managers are looking to pay a fee.&lt;br&gt;Afterwards we can concentrate on commercial rentals and sales for good measure. Good ideas huh! However,  I at the moment am going know where fast,  in this company. I am strategically in the wrong position. I need to resume my old business or open an office in Manhatten. I am a bit upset because I am behind in my mothers assistted living and well Pesach is upon us.
