Even if it is AT&T, it is Apple, It is hard for us Americans to remember that we a re just a portion of the iPhone community. If it were just AT&T then the app would be released in other countries, but at this point that does not seem to be the case. With Palm homebrew community growing Apple better watch out. the iPhone is great, but if they become to restrictive the tech community is going to bail and take everyone else with them

Yea, great bible and free. But while traveling to the beach we lost connection for 30 min and I couldn't read it. :( Didn't have an offline downloaded. Wish they had NIV for offline reading

I have all three iPhones, I am not seeing any issue with the 3Gs. It does fit all iPods (Minus Shuffle I think)

BirdFeed is pricey but the one I end up using all the time. It is in my deck. Plus I am a sucker for well designed icons. Twitterrific gets the design nerd in me excited and Tweetie is the probably the most functional and easy to use. I hope BirdFeed integrates Push. I just can't stay away from it.

I have to admit, MobileMe has become very useful. I still don't use the mail, but iDisk, contact and calendar sync, and now with find my phone it has become invaluable. MobileMe was designed for the absent minded

This will be a great upgrade. I am looking forward to it. These specs will take Mobile computing to the next level as long as developers max it out and we know they will. Do you have MobileMe yet?

It was submitted this week, you will have a new feed to subscribe to, but it should be a go either this week or next. But it is self hosted, so it should not depend on a service to work

True, but Apple wold rather hold some API's back so not to let anyone know what they are releasing than to give developers the change to leak possible specs of the next device. They already have a hard enough time hiding code, much less publish information in a public API

Ladies, quit bickering. :) We are here to share our personal opinions, experiences, etc. No one person is right or wrong. You both have experience in the medical field in one way or the other. Each opinion is valid and people will learn from both. I have always encouraged honest opinions and I have always encouraged challenging those opinions. It is how we grow. @Physboy, if I understand what you are saying, you are wrong. The beauty of Apple being a hardware company over a software company is there are many accessories to choose from to provided the solution you need. When I was with WM you could never find this range off accessories, So your options were to carry around two devices. One ruggedized for work and one that was not. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there aren't accessories, but you'd better have a popular PDA and even then your choices would be slim.

I did a quick Google search and came up with many cases that provided ruggedized solutions for the iPhone. Check out the OtterBox Defender http://www.youtube.com/watc... and the OtterBox Armor http://www.youtube.com/watc.... The OtterBox Armor even gives you that ugly ruggedized WinCE look :). With these accessory options you can use the same phone all day long whether it be in a situation that requires a tough device or a slim device that fits nicely in your pocket.
