This Editorial from the Deccan Herald (DH) is a refreshing change from the biased / prejudiced, irritating / annoying, environment unfriendly, provocative / inflammatory / instigatory, pro-unsustainable development and pro-corporate editorials that keep appearing with a monotonous regularity in some of the other newspapers.

In the Mysore City too the lawyers / advocates have been resorting to these type of agitations since the 1990's during which they intentionally and deliberately park their vehicles in general and two wheelers around the K.R. (Krishnaraja) Circle and C.R. (Chamaraja) Circle to obstruct / block the free movement of vehicular traffic and to inconvenience the motorists and the general public and unfortunately seem to derive an immense sadistic pleasure from it.

Although I too do not like to wear helmets I abide by the law by always wearing it while riding my two-wheelers (Hero Puch and Bajaj Caliber 115).

K.R. Circle is at the intersection of the Albert Victor Road, Sayyaji Rao Road and D. Devaraja Urs Road.

C.R. Circle is at the intersection of the Albert Victor Road and the Ashoka Road near the Northern Gate of the Mysore Palace.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion / feedback. What you've said is absolutely right. I've made the necessary changes wherever it was possible to do so. Sorry for my late reply. I've already forwarded petition link to the various central govt agencies but the Indian netizens are not taking it seriously, which is very unfortunate. I wanted the petition to remain active that's why I've enabled the feature so that even the non-Indians are able to sign it.
