Great work on this. Last minute bug fixes will always creep up along with the urge to squash them. I like Seth Godin's approach to projects, pay attention to the lizard brain upfront and quiet it during release time.

This is a very interesting idea. I take notes usually in chronological order based on who said what and I also try to capture my reaction to what was said. I do agree its very hard to take notes while listening let alone sketching while listening. Now days I just cheat and use my IPhone 3gs to record whats being said. Great post Dave!

Indaba is certainly a game changer. I believe this will eventually change the face of the music industry. The world has just not caught up to them yet.
