If you decide on a Corp., it will also be the percentage of ownership. If not, then you should detail it in your partnership agreement.

Re: What Smashing My Motorola Moto X Taught Me About the Future of Smart Phones

I started looking at the MotoX largely because of your review. I waited until the Note came out to make sure, but because of the reasons you miss it, I chose it. The context is more innovative than anything I've seen in a while and the size is perfect for me. I "okay Google Now" a lot more than I ever hit the Siri button before. I do miss some of the iApps, especially Tweetbot, but I'm happy with my choice. I see a Craig's list ad in your near future.

Re: Starting A Business: Define Your Definite Major Purpose & Envision Your Desired Outcome

You're welcome. While that user's data may not matter to the research being conducted, there is a huge marketing moment being missed. For someone to put their hand up and say "I like you enough to give you my valuable time and opinion" is huge. In today's noisy marketing barrage it borders on miraculous. This is not the time to tell a customer, "Actually, your opinion doesn't really matter to us. kthxbye." It's pretty easy to filter out results you don't need. A simple THANK YOU SO MUCH! after letting them finish would be better, I think. I'll be keeping this in mind for sure.

Re: Starting A Business: Define Your Definite Major Purpose & Envision Your Desired Outcome

A supportive partner is a must.
