I rarely get it though. I would say I for sure got it finishing my first marathon, and maybe the second. The second I would consider more just excitement to see the finish line and be done. I'm sure I get it more often then I think but I get more of a in the zone feeling than a "Wow this feels incredible" feeling. I typically just reblog anything I see about runners high since I think it's only fitting.&lt;br&gt;As of now I use the powerbar gels, since those are what my body is used to. I've seen Roctane though.
